Outdoor/Manual Work – Landscaping, cleanup, moving items, and other physical tasks.

General Assistance – Willing to assist wherever needed.

While performing community service, I agree to remain free from alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances. I may not participate as a player in fundraising events while earning service hours. Volunteer dealing is subject to Tournament Director approval. I will provide my official community service log for verification. Submission of this form does not guarantee placement or availability of community service hours.
