ACES was thrilled to be a vendor participant at the Georgia Race for Autism on Saturday, October 5, 2019. The event raised over $65,000 for Spectrum Autism Support Group this year!
Spectrum provides support, education, and resources for individuals and families impacted by autism in our community, and now serves more than 1,500 families per year. They offer monthly support group meetings for parents of individuals with autism, as well as social skills programs to meet the needs of individuals on the autism spectrum. Spectrum also offers camps, respite, community training, and family events throughout the year. The Georgia Race for Autism had 455 runners, 60 sponsors, 80 vendors, close to 200 volunteers, and over 2600 attendees. What wonderful show of support for individuals with autism and their families!
